Return & Repair Policy
1. Unique Artworks Oilpaintings and Prints
All products are final sale. Returns or exchanges for personal preference are not accepted.
2. Damaged Items / Repairs / Replacements
If your artwork or print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
• Original paintings: We will arrange for the artwork to be returned to us for repair or restoration. Refunds are not provided.
• Prints: We will send a replacement print at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided.
3. Shipping Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for properly packaging any artwork returned for repair.
Once a product is shipped, delivery times and potential delays are not under our control.
